Does work timing supposed to help people be more productive or punctual. So is it ok if people come to work at a certain time because they are required to do so and leave after certain number of hours, even though they have not done with the day’s work but want to leave because they have put in the number of required hours of work.

Instead try and inculcate work ethics in them so they do what they do because they want to and not because they are forced to so. And when you work in a professional environment this will come naturally.

I know timing it important it helps people to be more punctual and discipled in life. But I think if someone has enough professional ethics in them, then punctuality and the rest will follow… This way it helps them to be more productive.
